Bad service and no right to take out debit orders if co tract over

Terrible service. Canceled my telkom subscription as my 24 months was up but for the past 8 months still getting debit orders taken out of my account. Terrible service and have no right to take out debit orders when I'm not on telkom anymore. I would advise everyone to think 1000 times before using telkom. Even the service Consultants very rude like they doing us a favor.
