Bad service and no one bothers to call you back.

App**** for a cellphone contract in December 2017 and received an e-mail on the 12/12/2017 informing me that it had been declined. Received a SMS on the 18/12/2017 stating that the application had been approved and that my bank account would be debited in the next 3 days which it was. On receipt of the mail on the 12/12/2017 I opted to use another service provider and I tried on numerous occasions to contact Telkom mobile to cancel the transaction without luck. Eventually on the 20/12/2017 I spoke to an agent who informed me that I would be contacted in the next 24-72 hours, to date nothing and best part of it all is they have my money.
