Bad service and no help whatsoever

I have a wifi modem that worked for more than a year with no signal problems, about 6 days ago I had no signal and reported this problem to the call centre and logged a case, I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I earn money using the internet therefore I lost 6 days of income!!!!<br> I will not recommend them to anyone anymore. <br>
