Bad service and no feedback

I’ve been trying to to get hold of Telkom for the last 3 months to cancel my mobile contract. There is no Telkom Signal in Springfontein. I keep on getting sms’s that they are attending to my query. But for 3 months, with no response? Please contact me urgently
