Bad service and no feedback

It has been 5 weeks since I requested a technician to come and test our LTE speed.

I have visited the branch 3 times and phoned twice a day for the last 4 weeks.

The only response i keep getting is that a technician will contact me. No technician has even attempted contacting me.

Telkom is fast to sell the service but very slow to assist in client issues.
