Bad Service and No feedback

I've done a cellphone application a MONTH ago with Telkom at Promenade Mitchells plain and so far I had no feedback to say I have been approved or not but... then I called to customer care and heard that the store was supposed to call me and let me know that the application was approved and that the cellphone is ready for collection... IM STILL WAITING!!!
