BAD SERVICE AND NO EFFICIENCY

For more than 4 times I was turned away without getting assistance at Telkom Jabulani mall just for wanting to do a sim swap, the staff there would always say the system is offline but funny enough on Sunday I got there at 11:08am I was told the system was working on the morning and at the time when I got in it had just gotten offline and that they won’t be able to help me I insisted that there has to be another alternative there’s no way that everyday I get told the same thing until the manager intervened suddenly the system was back online so I ask myself how many people have been to that store for the same thing and get told the same thing everyday? 🤔No sense of urgency whatsoever ever the only line they know is “there’s nothing we can do come back tomorrow morning”
