BAD SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION S****

<p>I apply for a Huawei E5573 with Telkom. I was approve and they deliver the device at my work in February. When I was try to connect the device to my laptop and cellphone NO connection. I take the device to a Telkom store . The sales person told me that the device a I have is not working in our town were UI stay. I call Telkom 23 times the cannot assist me. At last a lady assist me with a cancellation form. No I want to apply for a loan and the leander told me they cannot assist me because the telkom thing on my name. I call tellkom today and ask just for a letter state that I email my cancelation letter ...the reposne no they cannot do that they will email it to the relevant department. My case no with telkom is ********** 4.</p> <p>I am really dispapointed is the service Telkom give to the customers. But I will take this to the news papers thats a promise and I will take legal action</p>
