Bad service and no communication

Ive apploed for the monthly april promotion by the 23rd of april. Ive been imformed ill receive a sms stating if im approved. And that never happend , i got a debit order of the total amount of the package . When i phoned in after an hour of waiting they said the debit order is the sms of approval. So after that i have to wait 7 days for my package. I then received a phonecall again asking if i got any feedback on my package. The guy said then ill receive it in 7 working days. So today is the 7th day. When i phoned in after another hour waiting. Only to find out my order hasnt been created and that ill have to wait another week before receiving my package. So im paying for something i dont have. And for my paymemt its a week away before the next installment date. And i dont have anything.
