bad service and network

I have been a good and loyal customer with Telkom with a very good record, in the last 1 year full in our arrear i do not receive a proper service i call then every time to advise them that the tower is down funny all the other service like Vodacom, CellC and MTN they are working only Telkom.

When you call the call center they will tell you they un able to assist as they are unable to hear me on this call, how can they hear me if i do not have network?

This is so bad services i'm paying R 950 but no joy. my i be contact ASAP by telkom and the arrear ins in Windmillpark the tower closed to me is in East central at the primary school. my no ***
