bad service and nasty attitude left me helpless

telkom mobile richardsbay branch (boardwalk) their service is nasty ,you good for nothing .i went there on the 26 APRIL 19 to report and do claims since my phone got ******. the sales lady told me to google the insurance contact detail and call them they have nothing to do with lost or ****** phones ,,we engaged in a brief argument regarding their service she told me to stand on a queue she will assist me when she is done with what she was doing after 15 minutes i saw her grabbing her phone talking and walking out of the shop ,let me tell you i thaught i was going to protect this lady but my consious keep saying how many people will be left broken and helpless like me because of this woman.. please follow up on service from that branch ...... .
