Bad service and missed appointment

Hi, I have logged a fault a week ago and haven't received any feedback. According to the telkom android app there was an appointment scheduled with me for today but nobody phoned to make an appointment also nobody arrived at my residence to check anything so the appointment somebody made without my knowledge was missed anyway.

I am very upset with this service.
