Bad service and lies

Upgraded my contract. I was advised that the phone I wanted was out of stock, it will will will arrive within a week. It's been over 3 weeks and no phone.. I went to the store 3 times and all they tell me the same thing, that it will arrive Ina week. I was told I will have the phone by the 1st of Feb still nothing. Today is the 2nd went to the store and this time I was told stock takes over a month to arrive. This is telkom mall of Africa.
