Bad service and lairs

<p>Telkom mobile sent me a sms asking me to rate the service were thr sms further stated that they will reward me with airtime this was from the 3rd of March.I called the call center and all the agents from that day told me the have sumbmited my query only to find out it was all a lie non of them had done so,also being to that the turn around time is 72 hours I waited for the call nothinh came through,so am the 15th I gave them a call and spoke to a manager by the name of Lusana Manase with my case number ********** 0 and still was told to wait.Telkom must investigate this matter or I will go to the Ombudsman </p>
