Bad Service and Lack of Protection on consumer information!!!

I have had to log 2 cases with Telkom because the 1st one was cancelled with no reason and they couldn't even see who closed the case. Now on this second 1 which was opened on the 3rd of July many many days later there is no response from them and yet they claim their turn around time is 72 hours!!! I am now sitting with 2 contacts with Telkom which are exactly the same because someone within their business got a hold of my personal information and sold me a new contact under false pretense..scary how Telkom is failing to protect their consumer information and still manage to drag their feet in resolving such matters!!! I am very disappointed
