Bad service and lack of ccommunication

Worst communication,from a telecommunications company I've ever experienced We have been without internet for the past 2 to 3 weeks. I've been calling for the past week 2 weeks, because I couldn't work nor watch Tv but every time I was told someone will get back to me. I'm still waiting. Today I was fed up,I packed up my router and went to Telkom shop, stood on the que for 2hrs 13min, only to be told that there is nothing wrong with my router but our area telecommunication tower has been broken for the past 2 weeks. I'm so furious, because I had to go into the shop for 11min just to be told that the tower is broken. No communication what's so ever.
