Bad service and knowledge of product.

<p>I went in telkom to sign up with the Telkom LTE internet service..After a hour of talking to the guys to make sure i understand the services i left with my new internet. Baisically my net dropped from LTE to 3G and i had no net..I phoned 5 diffrent telkom techs and none of them could fix only on the 6th lady that she explained that the telkom internet only works on LTE and nothing slower..so they told me in store that no matter the speed i will always have net (which is a lie and the techs didnt even know it) and then they debit the money out of my moms account instead of mine (which i told them and signed the contract for)</p>
