Bad service and incorrect billing

Telkom's service sucks big time,i had a data sin card with them which i was paying R140 for capped internet and my sim got stollen and the ***** transfrd R2000 airtime before i could block the sim card.long story short how does a data sim card transfr airtime?and its a capped sim?i never authorized my price plan to change,no security verifications were done then how does this happen?u call the CS line the consultants cant even help u stories is want they know how to tell best.Now i have been blacklisted even though i paid R5 500 that they said i owed coz they blacklisted me they cant even provide me with a settlement letter. Your day is coming and your day light ******* will come to an end.
