BAD SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

my name is lebogang i have a contract with telkom using LTE. i just want to share how pathetic and *********** their service is . Telkom is useless honestly they dont care about their customers yet they debit me every month . i am going t cancel this Stupid service with them. i will look for another service provider that cares. i have been struggling since last night there is no coverage or network for Telkom and they told me that the tower am connected to is faulty but no one is willing to resolve it. i am so ****ed i hate Telkom i am going to cancel this contract . you are useless Telkom. some of us depend on the Wi-Fi to get out work done but if you keep on inconveniencing us like this then i have no choice but to cancel this service. their call center ages are very *********** honestly everytime when i call them they act like they dont hear me everytime i call them
