Bad service and incompetence

I don't even know where to start with expressing my frustration with telkom its been months of call to the call centre dealing with multiple *********** consultants, now waiting for my order gave the consultant the adress where the delivery should come to they send it to the wrong adress but now I have to fix it by sending emails and emails to the delivery company imagine... I am already struggling with data connections for months which I have been complaining to telkom to but till today no resolution to my struggles... Telkom service is honestly terrible.. I am super disappointed as I am a loyal customer for years..
