bad service and ******* repairs

I sent in my handset for repairs after having it for a month. The fone was in good condition except for heating up and killing the battery. Telkom damaged my screen and *******ly used ADH to repair the screen, however the original problem of heating up still exists. This after three months with the repair centre. The manager of the store and the regional manager Gugu Khumalo were lazy and had bad attitudes and did not help me in any way to sort this or follow up on the huge delay in repairs.
