Bad service and *****

I took 2 telkom contract phone valued at R600 last year June and from the start they were debiting correct until last month were they debited R1200 on the 25 th of May and 7 days later my phone was blocked couldn't make calls I could only receive, I tried calling the service provider to check what could be the problem but I was taken from one pillar to another, went to the shop were I took the contract and they couldn't even help me instead they said they would lock a call with the service provider that was 3 weeks ago even now am still waiting to make the matters worse I received an sms stating they will be debiting R800 this month of June and that's not the agreement please hello Peter assist R200 is alot of money am even thinking of terminating my contract with them, they full of empty promises and *****
