Bad service and feedback

Our telkom lines were damaged during a veld fire 2 weeks back. Telkom has sent out 3 guys and none of them has repaired the damaged to the lines. Each and every one of them wants to test the line in the house AFTER I have repeatedly told them that the outside line is damaged due to the fire. Its is now 2 weeks since we reported the damage. Out whole house is running on the telkom wifi which ofcourse now is not working. This is not acceptable.
