Bad service and do not take customers seriously

I reported a case on the 26th of last month and show have been resolved after 8 days but everytime I call in for progress, I'm being played around. I'm billed for an agent's fault which was supposed to be rectified. The managers are just as ***********. Thulebone handsome is a terrible agent who doesn't explain packages with understanding. Case ********** 5 hasn't been resolved for over a month with also no response from agents who kept promising to escalate the matter (Thato Desmond Rabolago) unless agents are taught to be ******** to customer's complaints
