BAD SERVICE AND DISHONEST IN RETURNED MY DEPOSIT MONEY

Good Day i had an LTE account with Telkom which up last year april. I continued receiving bills from telkom despite me contacting them and telling that they are billing me for something i no longer have. Eventually i gave up and then lawyers conatcted me this year and after explain it to them once they went back to check the recirds and found that i was being charged for something thats contract ended and they then proceeded to have the account cancelled and clear and i was suppose to get back my R700 deposit but i am yet to receive that. CAN I PLEASE GET MY MONEY TELKOM
