Bad service and communication

Telkom service is terrible, I tried to apply for a laptop the agent called me back and told me that they dont have srock of the specific one i wanted, so later I app**** for another one also with Telkom, on the.6th of May 2022 an agent called me back and co firmed that they do have stock of the second one I app**** for, we did the application over the phone I received a otp pin an ref number, when I phoned today the 12.05.2022 to make a follow up on my order delivery I was told that the order os cancelled because they dont have stock they can ot tell me when they will get stock, this is not the first time this happenend when I upgraded my phone the same thing happened the problrm is not the no stock but they can not even contact me to tell me that there is no stock so im waiting for delivey only to find out that my order was cancelled because.of no stock. Also to get hold of anyone from Telkom who can assist you is also imppossible, my contract is due for an upgrade in Aug buy I will not upgrade because of the bad experience and service I get..
