bad service and communication

1 when you try phoning them you wait 20-30min for them to answer when u send them emails they don't respond i spoke to Amogelang Kelebogile Kutumela i send her 3 emails still haven't received a response i use to be so happy with Telkom but there services isn't good at all anymore very disappointing canceling is a night mare
