Bad service and billing

Telkom deducted 1153.59 in my account that's triple my installment now they sent me statement that I owe that money with 500 on top how sick is that I don't earn much how can they do that am sick I even have proof of payment that they took it am sick and tired of this company and am willing to take this matter further
