Bad service and always unavailable to help

I ordered a contact phone online, receive confirmation that my order is being processed, a consultant called to finalize things and promised to send me an email with a copy of my contract that was on Monday the 6th, until today I have not heard anything form Telkom, I have been trying to call but none of the numbers are going through, sent emails but there is no reply. messaged on twitter and they said they will get back to me. but nothing happened
