Bad service and advice at Telkom Tygervalley

Was at Tyger alley branch. Did account queries. Sales person gave me 081180 to enquire about detailed billing information on my account. He might as well given me the man on the moons number!!!!!!!! This is disgusting. I am not a happy customer. Shame on you Telkom. :(:(:(:(:(:
