Bad Service AGAIN from TELKOM!!
I have had the worst experience with Telkom.. I really would not advise anybody to get their products if you are not up for a fight and constantly having to explain yourself to still get misunderstood and told that its your fault and two years laters still no solution and now sitting with a bad credit record because of something that was their fault...
I have had to explain myself over 10+ TIMES and still not getting much help yet i have cases logged for all these time....
Ive had managers like Toni Venter Luthando Ngcobo AND some that i cant even recall not even respond to my emails ..
I just want to get my name off their books..

I still have not had anyone call me and Ive called in to find about this ref number you gave me and no once can help..
If you did respond , then what was the verdict cause i t definitely wasn't to me..
