Bad service

I am so disappointed at Telkom Cresta. I was assisted by Amanda and I was impressed with her service. I end up paying 10k for a phone cash. Short story I lost my phone 2 weeks back and it was a contract phone not insured. I asked Amanda to check if i can take two phones unfortunately i got declined. It it been 2 weeks without my contract sim, no follow ups or email that they are working on my sim to be collected. your prompt response will be appreciated. The was also an Indian lady who promised me a free freebies since i asked her. I went there last week it was like i was an outcast. All i need is my sim card as the debit order went through and i cant access their services.
