Bad service

Telkom has a new system where they will upgrade your subscription without warning about the limit they will give you the device and lock it after few dates inlaid the difference to solve the limit on the 25th but even today am still ofline every day I call they tell me about 24hrs 24 hrs turned into 4 day I recreate upgrading with them I don't know why they just don't close down sh#t service
