Bad service

What a joke of a service provider, I bought data not once, not twice but a couple of times and that doesn't work as it used to before. I called Telkom for a refund of the recent data I bought and guess what? The agent, the team leader were so rude and dishonest. They can't do refunds what company can't refund it's customers I've lost close to a R100 and only requested for a R10 back yet Telkom insist they can't it's my lose they said.
