Bad Service

I cancelled my contract last year , because my contract ended, then I got a case number and later was called by a consultant and we finalized the cancellation and they told me to pay last installment, but to my surprise they never stopped billing me, they say I owe them R4000 , how ? This is absolutely unacceptable
