Bad service

Visited a telkom branch in lakeside mall upon arrival i met the trainee guy, then went ahead to be assisted by nonhlanhla mabaso who was not very keen in helping me she was moody like she did not want to talk to me, I asked if i could put in an application for a particular contract and she quickly rep**** by saying that they didn't have that phone in store and cant even call the other branch to check.. Where as the trainee guy had already gone to check if they had it or not... I was able to go through with the application because trainee guy said that they actually do have that phone in store...
