BAD SERVICE

Wow Telkom has given me the ****iest service ever, they know how to make your blood boil. I have reported a fault which has been a continuous thing and today I was told that they no longer plan to replace cables in my area therefore I must migrate to a new product and I only find this out after calling them for the 3rd time, all along no one told me about this migration and the fact that I have to wait for Monday to talk to sales. Absolute nonsense and I will be internet-less for yet another day!
