bad service

Telkom customer service is very bad please consider training your call centre staff again. I call in due to funds that I'm told that I owe due to your sales person incompitance, i requested that I sent the record from my sale as you state that calls are recorded for legal and quality perpose so that if I was the one who made the mistake I can rectify it or if its your sales person telkom needs to sort it out but not your customer service guy said I must call myself the sales department and request the call. what is your customer service for if I must still call sales and ask for that call. your service is pathetic
