Bad service

This is the worst service provider I have ever used in my entire life,gave me a spend limit without my approval while the SIM card is not even in use they claiming you used up all your data and spend limit.couldn’t get assistance from consultant and I went there personally to head office I was kept at the gate like a ******** you speak on the phone and you not allowed to go inside.telkom is inhumane the frustration I feel is taking a talk on my health.
