Bad service

They debited my account on my exact debit date but still blocked my line . Been calling in for the past 2 weeks and they have been telling me they have escalated but no feedback has been given and when I try to call the consultants drop the calls . I statement was sent saying I need to pay a 200 late payment fee and I’ve been charged again due to a payment rejection but the payment did not even bounce back .
