Bad service

I can't understand what type of service you people are giving me with all the funds I pay, you guys are just doing what you like on my account and making me pay ridiculous amounts for unpaid d/o for you error how is that my problem 1stly last month you debited from the correct account and charged me 200plus for unpaid debited order today you debited me 1stly it's the wrong due date and again on the wrong account so now again I'll have to pay ridiculous amounts for my cell phone cause this is some kind of scheme now you doing on my account why was my account debited today when my due date is on the 20th????? I'm really not impressed with the inconsistency of this product.
