BAD SERVICE

I have been battling to get a paid up letter from telkom since November 2020 after the billed me for wifi that was not even installed due to no coverage. I paid it anyway. I am in the posession of an email from telkom where the confirm that it was a misunderstanding and they will fix their mess. Until now nothing but numerous phone calls and empty promises. I will advise that you run far as fast as you can and stay far away.
