Bad Service

I just received a poor service from Telkom. the guy who called me to tell me that my case ***1 is resolved 1 He was not clear in giving His name and I asked Him to spell his name He dropped phone on my ears 2 He was rude to me 3 He referred me to billing because He doesn't understand why I received credit, while he was assigned to solve my problem and to give me answers 4 He close case without giving me opportunities to give him side of My story and refuse to give me proof that I need (which is I used Telkom services since from October 2019 until today)
