Bad service

After numerous attempts calling Admin Plus and requesting to speak to the supervisor, no one has called me back till date. Their supervisor is in meetings everytime I call. I guess they are still in the very same meeting even today since no one has bothered to indulge me. Perhaps their business lines do not do outbound calls.

It's been 2 weeks since I logged my claim. I put in a claim for my Phone, I sent it to the Service Centre which is an authorised repairer of Apple devices. The device was assessed and an insuarnce letter was issued to me, which I handed over to Admin Plus. Instead of paying me for my claim, I was told to pay for the replacement Phone and they will reimburse me. Even after telling them that I do not have that kind of money and that I no longer want that model since it will be phased out soon, they still refuse to pay me out. This device has been in the market for over 7 years. I asked them to give me an iStore voucher so I can purchase a new device at the iStore but they still refuse. What is the purpose of getting insurance to pay for me when I can afford it myself. To my surprise I am being told to book in the device via telkom, mind you telkom books in their repairs with the service centre I went to , therefore the same process will be followed which I have already done. Their escalation process is meaningless and fruitless. I do not understand why they refuse to pay me out for a valid claim.

Admin Plus has relentlessly taken my money every month, yet they do not want to pay for claims due. This is complete nonsense and bad service and ****************.

Telkom advised that admin plus is a third party insurance and after they access my phone they won't give me a different phone they will give same phone. why would I take old model phone. I wanted latest phone an my insurance will pay the phone ill add with the remaining balance., but the guys said is not possible ( east rand mall ) Telkom. If admin plus is a third party insurance why cant I claim on my own they want me to claim via Telkom.
