Bad service

What a disappointment! It is time for me to upgrade my cellphone contract, with Telkom, which I have been a client of for years. I have decided to upgrade to the Samsung galaxy A51, with the Samsung galaxy smar****ch deal for an additional R80 per month. This is advertised everywhere, but NO STORE has stock. My previous contract is almost done, so I am due to upgrade my contract asap. I have emailed, visited each store to put my name down for an order, phoned multiple times, but no win. All that I am getting is staff telling me "you just need to wait", unprofessional. It is advertosed EVERYWHERE, but NO store has stock or KNOW when stock will arrive. This is very frustrating, as I am struggling for over 3 weeks now! This is rediculous! I am seriously thinking of using a different provider. The additional smar****ch was suppose to be a birthday present to my husband.. And now? No nortonly am I waisting my time, I am delaying a gift and no store can give me an answer in when the stock will arrive. It makes my doubt that I will even be phones when the stock does arrive! This is not on.
