Bad service

Have two data contracts and i’ve had a very bad experience with the second contract. I dont even get statements anymore. Being told the bounced fee is R200 even when they never debited. Ive been sending emails and this never gets resolved instead im being told to pay again another R200 which was paid on the 11 and i was debited R250 on the 25th and i still have to pay again today.
