Bad service

Bad service realy I have been using my Telkom SIM for the past 3 years today I topped up my airtime with R140 using my banking app it shows the money is out of my account, but instate of the agent to help me she said it have given her wrong info I have given her are incorrect, no one was able to help. Simphiwe Ngema because of you I am really disappointed
