Bad Service

I have a Wifi Contract with Telkom,My Router connects and disconnects went to the shop,they have been giving me run arrounds,then my router was taken for repairs and it came back and it still had the same issue, next i’ve been told to do a speed test all over the house to check my network and its been Low everywhere in the House ,They lodged a Case for me for my contract to be cancelled , and it still hasn’t been attended to and when i call they said since my simcard is working properly ,the issue might be the router which has already been checked at the store…i’m so disappointed i just want my contract Cancelled
