Bad service

I went to Telkom to get a esim today first westgate mall was told they were finished they waiting for stock okay I understood and went to Dobsonville mall were I was told in order for me to convert my normal sim to esim must do a sim swap okay provided documents needed to do that now there’s a problem with sim swap it’s been giving them errors since last Sunday how is there no it to look into it’s more than seven days and the store can’t do sim swaps that’s **** service who’s the manager there why can’t they make sure whatever error they getting is resolved …..I was very disappointed I asked is it only this store the response was yes so they just sitting doing nothing for the problem to get resolved Telkom I’m sure you can do better Telkom Dobsonville mall the sim swap needs to start working we can’t allow this now…..
