BAD SERVICE

I have made an online order on the 07 March 2025 and was told that it has been approved and I received an sms indicating that delivery will be done between 3 - 5 working days. I called a week later and today as I haven't received the order to follow up only to be told that a back office has not yet registered my order. This is very poor and unprofessional, with this kind of service, I will never recommend telkom mobile to anybody else. I am an unhappy customer as again today, I am told that it will just be escalated as there is nothing that they can do to assist.
